Pastor C.E. Looney except Christ in his life in the year of 1974 the same year he married his long time girl friend Maurene. Maurene lead Carl to the Lord, Maurene and Carl has 10 great children. Pastor C.E. Looney was called of God to preach in the year of 1975, for over 30 years Pastor C.E. Looney has seen a powerful move of God, he have seen many miracle people teeth being filled with silver, blind eye open, dead rise, short leg stress out, bodies being healed of cancer many many miracle. Pastor C.E. Looney also preached in several different churches in the United States.

Pastor C.E. Looney has been on many T.V. station TBN, Daystar, Promised land, DCTV cable, Comcast cable, Time Warner cable, other TV station Carl Looney has preached the Gospel all over the world by radio, he has two church under his ministry many spiritual son all over the world. He also lead a intercession pray team called THE OUR OF SPRIRITUAL FIRE ever Saturday morning at 9am about 5 to 7 churches is connect to this pray movement. In the year of 1976 Carl and Maurene moved to garland, Carl and Maurene started a move of God in there home over 20yrs ago, now blessed with a building that seat about 500 people thanks to the Lord.
