There was a deep unction in her spirit to walk in the spirit of excellence, giving herself totally to the Lord and teaching God's people a more excellent way.
Evangelist Elaine Toombs
She is best known for her no-nonsense straightforward approach that challenges those with a heart for God to be shaped and molded spiritually; to receive an impartation by the power of the Holy Spirit for a greater and higher call as they diligently deepen their walk with God.
Evangelist Toombs is truly a unique vessel who is sold out to the Will of God. She surrendered to Holiness, in September of 1992; at which time she begin a long-term relationship with Jesus Christ. It is no doubt that the Lord walks with and instructs her while cultivating, and imparting knowledge of who He is in her life.

Randy Dowden has been in the ministry for the past 25 years. He has been active in church since childhood, helping wherever needed with anything from carrying books for ministers, to setting up sound equipment to cleaning the church and building sets for church plays. While still a young boy, God showed Randy that he would be a minister.
He ministered in teaching the Word with simplicity alongside his wife Pastor Betty Dowden a talented singer and artist and is also gifted in the art of Interpretative Dance.

Looney has seen a powerful move of God, he have seen many miracle people teeth being filled with silver, blind eye open, dead rise, short leg stress out, bodies being healed of cancer many many miracle. Pastor C.E. Looney also preached in several different churches in the United States.

(non-profit funding agency for Ugandan children) and is the mother of one adult son, Solomon Paul. Having ministered in both East and West Africa she has a God-given love and passion to see the continent of Africa fully restored spiritually and economically and to become a better place for all people.
