□ FOR-PROFIT BUSINESSES: Bliss & Fire Christian Expo will permit manufacturers, distributors, and purveyors of products and services (herein referred to as "Supplier") to display and solicit sales within assigned spaces at the Bliss & Fire Christian Expo. By submitting this registration form, accompanied by a nonrefundable fee (see booth spaces below), the Supplier agrees to participate in the exposition for the entire duration as shown on the schedule.

□ NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, CHURCHES, SCHOOLS AND MINISTRIES: Bliss & Fire Christian Expo will permit churches, schools, ministries, and recognized 501c3 non-profit organizations (herein referred to as "ORGANIZATIONS") to display and promote their activities within assigned spaces at the Bliss & Fire Christian Expo. By submitting this registration form, accompanied by a non-refundable fee (see booth spaces below), the Organization agrees to participate in the exposition for the entire duration as shown on the schedule.

Bliss & Fire Christian Expo will provide a standard booth space equipped with one 8-foot un-skirted table and 2 chairs. Additional tables and chairs, as well as electricity, are available upon request. Bliss & Fire Christian Expo is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property, nor is it liable for any injury to persons participating in the Bliss & Fire Christian Expo or its related events.

Promotion - Bliss & Fire Christian Expo will promote this event through various venues. Suppliers and Organizations are asked to promote this event also. The Expo, including the performances, is free and open to the public. Brochures are available for download or upon request by contacting Bliss & Fire Christian Expo Manager.

I have read all the rules and regulations for SUPPLIER AND ORGANIZATIONS, and I and, if applicable, all representatives agree to abide by these. If I or any representative fails to do so, I/we acknowledge that I/we may be asked to leave the event, that I/we must comply immediately and without hesitation or disruption, and that no refund shall be given.
Check or credit card for 50% of the GRAND TOTAL must accompany this registration (Call with Credit card information) as a non-refundable security deposit. To avoid forfeiting your booth space and security deposit, the balance in full is due no later than August 1st, 2009. Checks should be payable to HPLM Christian Expo.
